Two-factor sign-in
Turn on two-factor in Profile. Codes arrive by SMS or email; a trusted device is remembered for 30 days. Support codes (on the account page) let mxAURA support verify it is you.
Required by your account
An owner or admin can require two-factor for everyone in the account: Account, Security, Require two-factor sign-in. New accounts start with it on. Someone without two-factor is taken to Profile, Security and can do nothing else until it is on; once it is, the rest of the app opens straight away. mxAURA's own administrators always sign in with two-factor.
