How mxAURA fits with HubSpot
mxAURA sits on top of HubSpot. HubSpot still sends every email, owns your contacts, decides timing, and handles unsubscribes and compliance. mxAURA decides what goes in each email and which message a contact gets next.
The pieces, from small to large:
- Components — reusable parts: headers, summaries, signatures, senders, templates.
- Messages — a message composes components into one email's content.
- Pools — an ordered set of messages.
- Campaigns — assign pools, and decide per contact which message comes next (the cascade).
- Flows — govern a contact's whole journey through campaigns.
When a HubSpot workflow reaches the mxAURA action, mxAURA picks the next message for that contact, writes the resolved content into contact properties, and HubSpot's email template sends it. Nothing is sent from mxAURA's own servers.
Agencies compose once and distribute to client accounts, each with its own HubSpot portal.
