What you see
One line per finding, grouped by how urgent it is: Act now, This week, Worth a look. Tap a line to read the detail. Open goes to the page. Ask why carries the question into Ask. Dismiss keeps it quiet for 30 days.
The checks
- Clicks per send fell 30% or more, week on week, on a campaign or pool. 100 sends or more.
- Unsubscribes at 1% or bounces at 3% on a campaign, over 100 sends.
- A campaign that sent last week and nothing for three days.
- Dispatch failures: five or more, and 5% of the week. Or most requests filtered out.
- Live messages that failed three critic lines, or changed since review.
- Sending domains whose SPF, DKIM or DMARC needs a look.
- Monitor findings open for 14 days.
- New HubSpot contacts this week against the four weeks before.
- A new sender in DMARC reports that fails alignment.
- Gmail reputation low or bad, or a spam rate of 0.3% or more.
- Claims: under 80% of sends tagged, or a claim fewer people clicked after.
- Objections at 25% of replies to a claim.
- An edited entry sending with no claim confirmed, or a missed recommendation.
