What a hub is
A hub is a section of a website you publish from mxAURA: News, Insights, Whitepapers. Its gallery of articles is embedded on the site with one line of script and lives at the site's own address, such as yoursite.com/news/. You manage everything here; readers never leave the site.
Articles are written once in the library (Hubs, Articles) and placed in a hub. One article can sit in several hubs. Placing gives it its address on every site the hub is on.
A hub page has four tabs, in the order you set one up:
- Gallery: what is in the hub, in what order, and its design. See The Gallery tab.
- Sites: where it is published: each website, its allowed origins, path, brand and embed. See Sites.
- Widgets: bands and tickers that show the hub's articles on other pages of a site. See Widgets.
- Stats: views by period, by article and by site. See Stats.
The header shows the hub's type (its article template), site path, ID, live and placed counts, views, sites and status. Preview mode shows drafts on the site for a while and stops counting views; Enabled takes the whole hub offline when off.
