Enrolling and unenrolling contacts
Enroll from the flow page (or over the API / MCP with the enrollments.write scope). Enrolling sends real email to a real person on the flow's schedule.
Enrollments are capped per account per hour (500 by default) so a mistake cannot mail everyone at once. Unenroll stops the journey; the contact keeps their history.
