Find, then confirm
You give two things: your website and your HubSpot connection. mxAURA finds the rest and you confirm it. You do not fill in a long form.
What it finds
Find on Identity, Baseline, Start runs these in order and shows each step as it goes:
- Your positioning: the one you have, or a new one. Each section is drafted from your site into its empty fields only. Nothing you wrote is replaced.
- Your site, read page by page.
- What HubSpot shows: who your contacts and customers are, as counts, and how much that data can be trusted. Without a connection this is skipped and the rest still works.
- ICP cards for each target without one. With rich HubSpot data they lean on who your customers actually are.
- Your Product Brief: what you offer, who it is not for, and the stakes, drafted from the site into empty lines.
- Proof from your site: claims with the words they rest on, waiting for you in Hubs, Evidence.
- Where your contacts sit across lifecycle stages.
- Above the rim: the basics a buyer checks before they reply. SPF and DMARC on the domain you send from, a brand with a logo, a default sender on your own domain, three or more published articles, and pages on your site that do not load.
- A first campaign plan, built from all of the above.
Confirm or fix
Every finding says where it came from. Confirm it with one tap. If it is wrong, Fix takes you to where it lives. Items marked To fix are the things mxAURA could not find; they are the only places you type.
The first campaign is the exit
Open plan opens the first campaign in the Advisor. Approving its first line is the finish. The page shows how long it took from Find to that approval.
You can stop at any step and Continue later. Start again runs it once more; it still only fills what is empty.
