Distributing templates and workflows
A campaign uses a HubSpot template that must exist in the client's portal. Distribution copies the agency's template into each client portal and records the mapping, so the same campaign renders correctly for every client. Workflow distribution creates the matching workflow in the client portal with the client's template ids swapped in. Status per client is on the campaign's Clients tab.
