The Chrome extension
The mxAURA Chrome extension puts a preview panel inside HubSpot's email editor, so you can see what a contact would receive without leaving HubSpot. It uses the same engine that sends: what it shows is what goes out.
Install
- Open the Chrome Web Store and search mxAURA, or use the link on Show Me How → Documents.
- Add to Chrome, then pin it (the puzzle-piece icon → pin) so it stays visible.
- Click the icon once and sign in with your mxAURA account. It remembers you.
Use it
Open any HubSpot marketing email in the editor. The mxAURA panel appears on the right with three modes:

| Pool | The whole sequence in order, as that contact will move through it |
| Campaign | The full cascade for that contact: which pool, which message, why |
Pick a contact with HubSpot's own contact picker; the panel re-renders each time you choose. Copy a token or a rendered value straight into the editor.
When something is off
- Panel does not appear: reload the editor tab; the extension injects when the editor finishes loading. Check the icon is not greyed out (sign in).
- "No campaigns": the extension reads your mxAURA account; make sure you signed in with the right one.
- Preview differs from a real send: it should not. If it does, note the contact id and campaign and tell support — that is a bug we want.
The extension is optional. Everything it shows is also under Campaigns → Preview in the app.
